The Race Format
HYROX is a global fitness race held in major cities, including Amsterdam. Every race is identical: 8km of running split into 1km segments, each followed by one of 8 functional workout stations. Total distance: 8km run + 8 functional stations. It's the same format every time — which means it's completely trainable.
Most people show up undertrained on the stations or underestimate the running volume. My HYROX prep programmes fix both — and they're built around your current fitness level and your race date.
